What is a custom action?
I was setting up some Rules to manage my email and noticed that one of the
options is to 'perform a custom action'. What are they? How do you create them? I can't find any help on it, nor is it evident what to do. Thanks for your help.

Custom actions are .dll components created with Extended MAPI to add
functionality to Rules Wizard.
