Default Word Mail Merge from Excel Spreadsheet in Microsoft Office 2003

Does anyone know where to find directions on how to
perform a Mail Merge in Microsoft Office 2003. Trying to
create labels in a word document from an Excel
Spreadsheet. It is different in 2003 and I'm not getting
results. Any suggestions. Please help. Thanks, Mills
