Default import attached contacts from email

Hi,
I have received an email with around 80 attached contacts. In my email,
however, they are displayed as attached mail messages (the yellow envelope
symbol instead of the contact symbol). When I try to drag and drop them into
the contact folder, a "new contact" window is opened with all the contact
information in the "notes" box, my name in the name box and nothing really
imported. How can I convinve Outlook that these attachments are in actual
fact contacts and should be thus imported? The program that they were sent
with is Outlook 2003, the same that I am using. Any ideas?

Can you ask the original sender to resend the contacts and this time make
sure to send the message in Rich Text format? See if you get them properly
then.
