Default import aol address book into outlook 2007

Is it possible to import my AOL address book into Outlook 2007 contacts? I
have it in an Excel spreadsheet, but am being told that I need to 'name the
range of data that I want to import' - how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

Try this - export your contacts from Outlook to Excel and then compare the
output with your AOL spreadsheet. Massage accordingly.
