Default How to start a split form when I click on a menu page

I'm using the 'page' menu of 2007.
I want to automatically start a particular split form when I click on a
particular menu page. I have tried to place a subform on the page, but
I could not get the form to open as a 'split' form.
I would prefer doing this with a Macro.
Bob
