Why are names disappearing off my distribution lists?
I have Outlook 2003. I will create a distribution list, and then later when
I open it most of the names have disappeared from it!

State how you are creating the list. State how you are adding names. State your information store and where your Contacts reside. I'm creating the list by going to File-New-Distribution List
I've tried both ways of adding names - Select from Contacts and Add New. When I use the Add New, I'm cutting and pasting an email address from another area of Outlook. Which names are disappearing, ones that reside in Contacts or ones that don't? Both names that reside in contacts and ones that don't are disappearing. My

Most likely you have a corrupt DL. DL's are very fragile and become corrupt
