Default How do I set up a blueprint with relational dimensions

I use Microsoft Office Visio 2003. I'm pretty new to Visio and I am
currently trying to draw up a blueprint. I am having trouble with the
dimensions of my shapes. The shape dimensions need to be in relation to my
overall drawing. Is this possible to do?
Thanks,
Grace
