Sorry. I am using XP Professional and outlook 2003. When I send a fax and
use the address book, I cannot search from the Business name list, only the
Persons name list. Is there a way that the address book can be modified to
list the Business name as well as person's name?

Explain what you mean by "Business Name List" and "Persons name list."
Explain what Fax software you are using and how you set up integration with
Outlook.

I am using the fax service that came with Windows XP. I am using the address
book from Outlook 2003. I need the fax service to be able to recognize the
"Company Name" in the Outlook 2003 address book, not the "Full Name" when
searching for a contact in the "Send Fax Wizard".

The Fax Service has nothing to do with it. Explain more clearly what you
need Outlook to do that it isn't.

Outlook is doing everything I need it to do. The contact list in Outlook has
all the information in it. The problem I am having is the Windows provided
fax program will not recognize the "Company Name" of a contact, only the
"Full Name" when it does a search thru the "Send Fax Wizard" using the
contact list in Outlook. If you open the fax console provided with Windows
XP, you will see what I am talking about.

That is the Outlook Address Book you are invoking. It is not possible to
sort or search the Outlook Address Book by the Company name.
