Default "Full Name" and "Display as" Fields

How might I automatically copy the contents of the "Full Name" field to the
"Display as" field for a large number of contacts?

Export to excel, manipulate the data and re-import....

Default "Full Name" and "Display as" Fields

You can't do that for derived fields. You'd have to write code to change
derived fields.
