Default Corrupted data in Accounts

I seem to have corrupted data in my Accounts view of
Outlook 2003 with Contacts Manager.

I had an Outlook error for which the report was sent.
After that the Business Contacts section of the General
tab for every Account is blank. Additionally,
the "Account History" section displays my email inbox.
Finally, I am unable to "Add" anything to both the
contacts and history. When I point and click on
the "ADD" icon nothing happens.

All my critical account contact / history data is loaded
here and now unavailable.

What the hell happened!!!!

you have a forms cache error. It's a common error and easily fixable. Go to
Tools, Options, Other tab. Click Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage
forms, Clear Cache.

Thanks for the reply. I went in and did as you
insturcted, closed and reopened Outlook. There was no
change.

Additionally, when viewing the main Accounts window the
Primary Contact column is filled however when I double
click on the account the Primary Contact field is blank
as well as all other Business Contacts.

Please help.
