Default "Show Names From" the drop down

My firm is using Outlook 2002. We have secretaries that have access to their
managers contacts, they would like to see their managers contacts in the Show
Names from the drop-down. It would benefit them a lot to only have to click
on the To button in a new message and then click on the Show Names drop down
and have their managers contact visible.

Doese anyone know if this can be done?

Thanks
