Default "a business card template"change one card to change all cards

on a "microsoft business card template" i want to change one card with my
name address and other personal information and apply it to the rest without
the copy and paste method

You can bookmark the information in the first card, and use cross-references
to those bookmarks in all the other cards. When you make a change inside the
bookmarks, then select the whole page and press F9 to update the references.
Be careful when editing not to delete the bookmarks (it's easier if you go
to Tools Options View and make bookmarks visible).

But copy/paste may be easier than you think. Select the first card with the
changes and copy; then select the whole table and paste once. That will
replace all the cards simultaneously.
