Outlook requires the read receipt to be opened before it (not pre.
What is it with Outlook 2003? So good and yet! Here are 3 things that should
have been thought about before release or at least solutions made in Office SP-1: 1. Why doen't the read receipt immediately (on preview) go to the deleted items as flagged in the tracking options? Currently you have to actually open it for it to move from the inbox! 2. Because Outlook is now more than ever a consumer product (so it is is used like the MSN and Windows Messenger services) why doesn't it have provision to remain active or automatically run when logged into windows (and STAY minimised in the notification area - not just when minimised but when closed also)? 3. Likewise why does the Outlook minimised icon bring up a little menu to open it when the minimised in the notification area with muliple instances of it being opened and listed? Shouldn't it be again like the Messenger services that is you click on the messenger program it jus simple opens once? |
