Default Getting on the place to read and send emails.

I have just switched from msn to directv, net, so I cannot sign on as they
keep telling me that my password is incorrect. So I rtry to reset my
password and it gets to the part of identifying those eight letters that you
have to read and type in, well they always tell me I am wrong, so I went to
the audio deal and I couldn't understand that at all, so back to the reading
them, I do it so many times they tell me I cannot try anymore today to try
again tomorrow. Well this is the 6th day, and I still cannot get it right,
is there anyone out there that can help me, It would sure be appreciated, I
am not very sauavey on this computering. Thank you

This isn't something we can help you with here, I'm afraid - this is a
discussion forum for the Access database. I note directv.net has a
customer support line - why not call them?
