Default Importing contacts - DONE. Next Step?

Here's the case:
I have 1000s of contacts and each contact has a "Profile Interest".
Categories for "Profile Interest" are "PLC", "Motors", "RFID", "Motion" etc.
I want to separate each contact based on their "Profile Interest". However,
the issue that I run into is that John Doe can have more than one of the
above Profile Interests. He might have an interest in PLC and/or Motion. So
when I send out a campaign/email to all the contacts who are interested in
PLCs and/or Motion, I don't want John Doe to receive two emails.

Can anyone please advise?

Thank you,
Regards,
Sharjeel

Filter by those categories and use mail merge.

Outlook should not send two messages in that case.
