Default How to Count total number of recipient in Distribution

I created few distribution list (Group of email address) in my Outlook 2000
Contacts. Those list are groupe of more than 100-200 recipient. My exchange
Admin deployed new spam policy and he said if a list is more than 100
recipient than mail will not go.
Now my problem is how do I count how many recipients are there in a
Group/Distribution list. I tried checking properties of Distribution list. So
finally I counted them one by one and it tooks me 500 Sec. And if they are
more than 100 I would like to cut/paste and create one more list. But I tried
and I cannot cut/copy/paste from list. So it is difficult to remove them from
list bigger than 100 and remeber them and add them in other list. Specially
if it is more number e.g 160.

I apologies if this feature is already there in outlook 2000 or 2003. If not
than I hope you will add this in Outlook 2005

Hi,

take our Send Personally add-in: it will create a individual message for
each recipient in the list. So, it helps you to avoid the limitation for the
number of copies for _one_ message.

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/

A trial version of Send Personally is fully functional, but there are two
limitations:
- the number of addresses a message is sent to using SPE cannot exceed 500;

- the free trial usage period is 20 days.

So, you can try our product for free.
