Default I posted this this morning but didn't get a responce???

I'm trying to create:

1. choices can be typed by the user
2. hit submit, or run or go
3. box below fills with those choises only

I've tried unsuccessfully to create on the form a text
box (for the hand typed entries) and list box (I hoped
would display choices), but I have no idea how to get
them to work together.Perhaps some suggestions or syntax?

Try using the "Query By Form" feature. Create a Form based on your
table, and select Query by Form from the menu.

I'm using Office 2000 (& XP) - When I'm in form view or
design view,I don't see "Query By Form" How can I
activate it or in what drop down can I find it in? Do I
need 2003?

I *think* John may have been referring to the Filter by Form button on the
toolbar when you are in Form or Datasheet view of your form. Also available
from RecordsFilterFilterby Form
