2007 macro commands
In xp one was able to add a macro command to a toolbar via tool & customize.

Your question should be posted in a WORD newsgroup.
However, for the 2007 Office products, you have to create an XML file for modifying the ribbon that then can be programmatically "added" to the ribbon.
