Default Converting Access 2003 to 2007

Hi, Everyone! I am experiencing a weird issue when converting an Access 2003
database to 2007.

Access 2003 allowed the database to open a Word document that contains
macros. In 2007, apparently there is a Word security prompt that doesn't pop
up when Access "calls" the Word document. You have to call up the Task
Manager to see the Word security alert.

Waaayy tooo muuucchh woorrkkk!! And your average user isn't going to know
this.

Got any workaounds? I've tried saving the Word document as Macro Enabled,
it makes no difference. The database is on a network and the Security
options to "enable all macros" is greyed out in both Access and Word.

thanks,
