Default .ics file does not get upload automatically

Dear ALl,

I have a few resource calendars which I want to publish as Internet
calendars. I am experimenting with one resource calendar (Outlook 2007) and
have published on to an IIS server (on Windows 2003) with WebDav enabled.
I have set "Update this calendar with Server's Recommended frequency" along
with "Automatic Uploads" as the upload method. Both IIS and Exchange servers
are in the same domain.

Even after a couple of hours (I am aware of 1 hour update interval) the
calendar does not get uploaded automatically (same .ics file, no newer
version). Then I logged in as the resouce and did a send/receive and it stil
did not update the .ics file. However, if I go to "Publish to Internet" and
just accept the current settings, it does an update - publishes the calendar.

Why automatic update does not work? Is there a bug in this - I saw anoter
post with a similar issue.
