Can I transfer all the events from one calendar to another calendar? Will
the transfer include reminders and recurrences?

Reminders only fire out of your Calendar folder (without addins) so
reminders won't carry over to another folder.

Is there a way to transfer all of my events in one calendar on my computer to
another calendar on my computer?

In one of the Table views (like Events) Ctrl+A to select, drag and drop
with the right hand mouse buton, select Move.

As Bob mentioned, yes, you can move them but reminders won’t fire. Might I
ask, why are you moving them? There might be a different solution if I knew
the reasoning.
