Archive Functions
1. The appts in the calendar seem to be archiving after 2-4 weeks even though
I have turned off Auto Archive. Why would this be happening? 2. When I moved some deleted appts to "Calendar" they failed to show up on the dates on which they took place. Where did they go? |

Unless you have your Blackberry configured to keep all calendar items forever, when you sync with the Blackberry, it will permanently delete, not archive, all events older than the Blackberry-specified retention period. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
