Default Archive Functions

1. The appts in the calendar seem to be archiving after 2-4 weeks even though
I have turned off Auto Archive. Why would this be happening?

2. When I moved some deleted appts to "Calendar" they failed to show up on
the dates on which they took place. Where did they go?

Yes, actually. A Blackberry is being synched with the computer every day. Would that be interfering?

Unless you have your Blackberry configured to keep all calendar items forever,
when you sync with the Blackberry, it will permanently delete, not archive,
all events older than the Blackberry-specified retention period.
