Default Group policy setting for full details with free/busy info

Is there a group policy setting to set the free/busy publishing to Full
Details? I have already set a policy to publish a 6 month interval of
appointments, but i am unable to find a policy setting to force Full Details.
We have several users who have not fixed this after countless requests.

Outlook 2007 against Exchange 2007 running on Server 2008 SP2. Both XP and
Vista clients.
