Default viewing private calendar entries

The owner of our company wants to be able to view calendar entries for
everyone in the company, even if those entries are marked 'PRIVATE.'

I'm having trouble figuring this out - is there a global way to do this?

No. Each person would need to grant you delegate access to the calendar and enable the option to read private items.
