Default no free/busy information could be retrieved

When inviting a certain user to a meeting, I cannot display her free/busy information when hovering over her schedule in the Scheduling tab of the new meeting request. I am the Network Administrator and have deleted and recreated her mailbox and domain user id to no avail. I also have tried the "cleanfreebusy" switch when starting Outlook.
