THIS IS NEW TO ME CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME IDEAL ON
HOW TO START. I DONOT HAVE A BOOK READ ON THIS.

From you subject heading, do you need help on using the PowerPoint viewer,
or PowerPoint itself? Also, please drop your caps as it may implies that you
are shouting, which is unpleasant.

please stop shouting! (All caps is read as shouting in newsgroups.) Please
tell us, which version of PowerPoint you use. And please have a look at
http://www.pptfaq.com - use the search function there and you will find
answers to your problem. (... and answers, even if the question never came
to your mind.)
