Default How do I disable Outlook Connector

I've been having a nightmare with MSN Premium and the email set up. Emails
"disappeared" from the MSN server and after months of emails and calls to
support for this and other issues with Premium I've never had them resolved.
So, started to use Outlook instead and archiving much more easily on to my PC
and then to backup. But, I may not have set it up correctly. I downloaded
Outlook Connector and am not sure if this was the right thing to do. I would
like to stop using the Outlook Connector and just use Outlook Office for my
emails. Can anyone tell me how to disable Outlook Connector? My contacts
don't seem to work properly as some are Christian Name then Surname and other
are not. I've tried everything to get this to work properly but it won't. I'm
convinced that it's something wrong on my Premium a/c that doesn't transfer
properly. Though of course I might be wrong...lol

The Outlook Connector should be under Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.

However, if you describe *exactly* what problems you are having and post the
information to an Outlook group, I am sure someone could walk you through
it. "Having major problems" does not give us a lot to go on.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Susan asked:
