How do I change the % transparency?
I am using Publisher 2000 and am having trouble with changing the % of
transparency on the portion of a photograph behind my text box. It is a dark photo, so the words are getting lost over the picture and are unreadable. I know how to modify the % in Publisher 2003, but I do not have that program available for this project. Does anyone know how to lighten the immage behind my text so it will show up in Publisher 2000?

How do I change the % transparency?
Insert, Picture, New Drawing. When the drawing canvas appears, Insert picture,
from file, browse to your photo.
