Header / Style Ref / Page #
I have a looooooong document -- several volumes. I use Style Ref in the Header to pick up
Heading Style 4, which is the section number and title for each topic throughout the document. Some of these section topics are contained in only one page; others span several pages. I want to show a page number in the header and I want the numbering to restart with each section heading. To achieve this: Sec. 4.08 -- Offer Defined p. 4.08-1 p. 4.08-2 p. 4.08-3 ... etc. Can somebody help?
