How to copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 2003?
Did you have a question, or were you just showing us you know how to create
blank replies? The question you quoted is irrelevant since there is no address book in Outlook and you would never try to transfer data via the address book view. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "norie" wrote in message ... How to copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 200
Russ, you seem in the know.
I have a problem. Am using Outlook 2003. Have followed instrusctions to bring across addresses from Outlook Express, and now have them in my "Contacts" folder. But... whenever I click the "To..." on a new email, it brings up "Address Book" (which has nothing in it). I followed posted advice to 'select' the Contact' on that screen - but it isn't available. I also followed the instructions on the address mentioned above which says to open 'folder' go to 'address book' and click "Show this folder as an email address book" - unfortunately the area is 'grey' and unclickable. I am stuck.... "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Did you have a question, or were you just showing us you know how to create blank replies?
