Default outlook 2007 back ups

How do I back up the address book? Is the address book already included in
the personal folders that is part of the back up?

Outlook doesn't have a separate address book. The "Address Book" you see in
Outlook is just a view of your Contacts folders. Back up the PST and you have
all the data. Note this doesn't include account information, which is kept in
the registry.
