Hyperlink that returns to the first slide and not the current slid

I have a presnetation that has action buttons with hyperlinks (some are to the web and some are to specific documents). When I view the show, click on the hyperlink, then click Back it returns me to the page where the hyperlink is, which is fine and how we want it to work. The problem is that on my co-worker's PC (at another location) when she clicks the back button she reutrns to the first page of the show. Any ideas?

I have to ask g, what PowerPoint version did you create it on, and what
are the respective versions you are using to view the file when the eror
occurs? So, the exact same buttons behave differently on different
computers?
