Default OUTLOOK Problems

It's pretty obvious that many people have the problem with
Outlook as described below. To further complicate that
problem, it appears that no one at Microsoft has any idea
about solving it. Someone, please respond with a
solution. . . and I'm not talking about upgrading, either!



I keep getting this error. It hangs up everytime I try to
exit out of Outlook and sometimes when I am going from one
task to another. Has anyone had this and know how to fix
it?
