Current report group as a query parameter
I have query that is the source for a sub-report. The main report using
grouping (person, client). The query uses the client ID that appears in the client group header as a parameter. When I open the report and show page for Client #1 in the preview window, the query pull data for Client #2. This occurs despite the fact that Client #2 doesn't show on the current page. If I advance the report to show Client #2's page and rerun the query, the query results are for Client #3. The objective is to get the query to return data for the active (i.e., displayed) client group, not the subsequent group. Any ideas would be appreciated. (Sorry if this ends up as a double post; couldn't see that the original post made it to the board.) Thanks in advance |
