Report Letter

I am using a report to generate a letter based on values in a form.
The letter is basically formatted as three parts a top and bottom
part that should stay the same size and a middle part that I would
like to have variable size but not have a big gap between the middle
and bottom part (as in a big textbox that I hope is big enough to fit
everything). Is there a way I can make it so that the larger or
smaller the middle is, the bottom part stays the same distance from
the last line? Thank you and let me know if I was too confusing in my
wording.

For the middle part of your letter, set the Can Grow property of the text
boxes to Yes. These boxes will then grow as needed, and push the lower boxes
further down the page.

In the Northwind sample database, the Invoice report is an example of this
kind of layout.
