Default Reports: Text alignment in text box

Hello,

I'm having problems aligning text in my text boxes in my reports. I have
gone into "properties", "All", "Text align", then I have this set to "left".
The problem is that the text is aligned centered vertically. This looks bad
because when viewing the actual report, the value coming from the text box
mentioned above, does not line up properly with the caption beside it (even
though in edit mode, the label box and text box tops are perfectly aligned).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Melanie

I have never seen text in normal text boxes align to the center vertically.
Do your text boxes and labels have the same following properties:
Top:
Font Size:
Height:
