Default Help with a formula

I need a formula in sheet 2 that counts if column C sheet 1 = S, and column S
sheet 1 can equal either N* or U*and column A sheet 1 does not equal CBH,
APH, or HH and column F sheet 1 is =1 and = 149999.
Any help?
Thanks

column S sheet 1 can equal either N* or U*

What does the asterisk mean? Is that a wildcard or is it the literal
asterisk character?

How about staying in one thread. I just posted a link to a sample file in
your other thread.

Sorry my other thread was getting so confusing that I could not figure out
where I was at. The * is a wildcard.
