Default Unhiding menu and tool bar

Hi

I'm a some what new user of ms access and I've managed to hide all the menu
and tool bars. How do I go about unhiding it, someone wrote you need to
press and hold the Shift key, when do you get to press the shift key if thats

Default Unhiding menu and tool bar

Push the shift key then double click on the db file name or the shortcut and
hold the shift key down until the db is all the way open.
