Hi Bif
Sorry !!
Unless you have done a backup, or are on a server, you're toast.

There are are third-party file recovery services out there which are pricey.

If you want to go that route, STOP using your computer immediately to enhance
your oppotunity of finding the file data before those clusters get
overwritten.

Maybe your IT dept makes a LAN wide backup each day?

See your IT person.

You could get GetBackData (Runtime Software) - there are others - which will
recover lost files and even parts of lost files (that haven't been
overwritten). This software should be installed to another hard disk so as
not overwrite anything. It costs $79 for the NTFS version and $69 for the
FAT version.
