text box that automatically makes a graphic/design box
Hi,
I'm working in Word 2003 PC. Anyone know why when I draw a text box a graphic/design box comes up then the text box goes in it. Appreciate if I knew how to stop that. thank you!!! ahead of time for your help, Harriet

That's the "drawing canvas." Disable it on the General tab of Tools |
