Excel cannot start
Reinsert the Office CD and select Repair
If this does not work, uninstall and do a complete reinstall. Excel cannot start
Thanks for your help
I finally resolve the problem without reinstalling Office The key "HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\C ommon\LanguageResources" must be set to Decimal 1036 and not 1033. It was a foreign language code problem J0s "Lady Layla" wrote in message ... | Reinsert the Office CD and select Repair | If this does not work, uninstall and do a complete reinstall. | | "J0s" libidule[at]yahoo[dot]com wrote in message | ... | : Hi there, | : | : I have install Office 2000 on a Win98 computer. | : Word (allready installed) and Frontpage are running well. | : Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook cannot start. | : I got only one error message for missing langage DLL with Access | : | : Thanks for your help | : | : J0s | : | : | | |
