First of all, I do want to say thank you very much to "mnature" to help me
with his patiente step by step to project a cemetery database.
Thanks "mnature"

Second, I also say thanks to the "others" that indirectly help me anyway.

Regards
John.

You are welcome.

And, as another off topic remark, I do enjoy the anonymity of the internet,
where people cannot tell how old you are, or what gender you are. At work, I
am often dismissed as being an older woman who cannot possibly understand
computers or databases. Far from being offended, I appreciate being
considered just "one of the guys" on this forum. There is certainly a sense
of informal teamwork here, that I find quite lacking at my place of
employment in these "formality of operation" days.

Kudos to all of the posters here. Good questions, interesting problems, and
well-thought-out answers.

And we're glad to see you here. I've long since gotten in the habit of
seeing a response from you in a thread and thinking "Well, that one's
well taken care of, no need to jump in" - unless I want to see what
you've done that's particularly clever.

It's just unfortunate that your real-life coworkers have such a
dimwitted attachement to their prejudicial attitudes. They're missing
out on some good ideas and (I'd guess) on a good friend.

Just remembering a couple of other friends - my former boss Anne, and
the formidable CompuServe sysop who called her self "Dot" Com, and
others: older women who were (like you) VERY much worth attention and
respect. You're in good company!

Dear mnatu

Like John, I too have seen your posts and their success. Both of us know
there are very competent females out there who can solve the issues posted
here. You are very welcome here, and I'm glad to we know a couple of simple
personal details. To most of us, the rest makes no difference, except that
it is nice to get to know you just a bit.

What does matter is willingness and competence. Keep it up!
