Default How do I set up an interactive calendar in Access?

I want to be able to either link comments/notes to a calendar page in an
access form, or have an interactive calendar in an access form so that people
in my company can see what is going on with project x, y, z, etc. How do I do
this? My knowledge of code (VB, PHP, etc) is kindergarten level.

Building this from scratch would require extensive development. Since this is
a fairly common type of application, I would suggest looking for something
that already exists. Access has a number of templates, Outlook might be
useful, and there are many online applications that would do what you need
for a reasonable price.
