Default #ERROR appears in every field of one record in my table

I've created a few table and several forms to access them and my "users" have
been using the forms and tables for some time. I'm finding a problem today
that I've traced back to a record in my main table which appears as #Error in
every field. I get "Invalid argument" messages whenever I highlight this
record, and cannot seem to delete it.

Forgetting for a moment how this record came to be in the database, how can
I clean it up to remove this record?

At times like this, nothing beats a good backup. In fact make a complete
backup of your database now and put it away for safe keeping.

Tony Toews has an excellent web page on database corruption.

Allen Brown also has excellent info on corruption.

I have a white paper in a Word document named Fix Corrupt Access Database
towards the bottom this page:
