Default Need help with SQL Server

Hello all,

I need helps with creating a SQL server database. First of, I know nothing
about sql server, but I have read some documentation from 2005 sql server
online book. I just installed 2005 sql server express edition, and I don't
know where I need to go to locate the database where I can load the data.

Please help.
