Default Compact and Repair Error

I have a large database 91MB that, when I compact and repair it only gets
half way through then says "Access Has Encountered An Error and Now Must
Close" then asks me to send an error report or not.

I have reviewed my database and have no idea what is causing this. My only
thought is that it was built in 2000 and is now running on the Jet 8.0
service pack. Any help with this is much appreciated as I really need to
compact and repair this file.

Thank you,

Sandy S.

I have had a similar problem. Try importing all of your tables into a new
database. This is another way to get the records "clean". Then see if you
can compact the new data.

Thanks Jackie :-)

That was my last resort option but it looks like the only one that will work.

Wish me luck! (Thank Goodness for Backups)
