Default Runtime Error on startup of Outlook

When I start OE from my wife's account, it crashes and pops up a runtime
error window. When I run it from my account, it runs fine.
Message window is titled "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" Text of
window: Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
R6025 - pure virtual function call.

Any ideas?

Thanks, in advance

Create a new identity for your wife and test it. If all is well you can
import saved messages and delete the old ID.

This is usually an indication of some 3rd party program interfering with OE.
Try going to Start | Run and type msconfig and then disable all startup
items and reboot. Also do points 2 and 3 he www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx

See if that fixes it.
