Default Subforms

I have created a subform with checkboxes from a table and called it "type of
client". I have added this subform to another form. The other form has a
field called "type of client". When I check the box in the first record, it
duplicates on all the records. What am I doing wrong?

thank you.

If the "other form has the field", why did you place your check boxes in a
subform? Does the subform also have the same field? Are your check boxes
bound to a field? Are your check boxes "grouped"?

Duane~

Thank you. For some reason, I thought I needed a subform to be able to pull
this off. I did not have fields created for each checkbox in the original
form but now I do and everything is working fine. I just needed you to clear
my foggy brain. Thanks again!
