Default Building two screens on a company web site

Hello

Can anyone please assist me to understand what this is all about as this has
to be placed on two screens on a company web site. Any assisance would be
much apprecated as I am not sure how to lay this all out. Cheers, Rob........
...........

A. Work Order List

The list of work orders, if someone clicks the navigation choice “work
orders” (see below), there should be a table-style of work orders presented
to the user. There are five status types:

New
Scheduled
Completed
Approved
Cancelled

Once a work order is selected from the list (new or unready or approved etc),
the work order would open and the tabs (below) would appear.

The table of work orders includes the following headers. Each work order has
unique information (rows):

Status (see above)
Service Number
House Number or Corner
Location (which is a street name or intersection)
Problem
Time of Call
Date of Call
Date Required

B. Work Order Details:

By clicking on a link to each work order from the table, the following would
be represented in the “details” screen for work orders. There are details
screens for locates, restorations, locates, etc., but I have only asked for a
mock-up of one detail screen; the work order details.

Status (see above)
Work Order Number
Job Number/Service Number
Name of Caller
Caller’s Phone number
Problem
Time of Call
Date of Call
Date Required
Hours

C. Common Screen elements:

Each screen should have the following standard elements

a/. TABS

The following tabs for all work orders include:

Details
Locates
Status
Hours
Complaints

b/. TOOLS

Each screen needs the following “tools” or buttons to manage work orders.
They a

Save
Clear
Delete
Copy Work Order

Navigation

The navigation is very simple, and includes the following two-levels which
could expand and collapse when the top level navigation is clicked:

Work Orders
New
Scheduled
Completed
Approved
Cancelled
Schedule History
Materials
Complete Work Order List
