Is it possible to acces the OUTLOOK 2007 Address Book in Windows m
I am now on the new Vista and have my address book in Outlook 2007. I prefer
writing emails in Windows Mail (Express). I would like to be able to use the Outlook contacts in Windows Mail. Is it possible to point to the CONTACT folder in Outlook from Windows Mail instead of importing them. I really need the business card & mail merge capability that Outlook offers and hate to have 2 lists in 2 different programs to keep updated ?? Thank you in advance for any helpful pointers with this. Janie |

I tend to doubt it but you may want to also ask in a Windows Mail group. Outlook stopped sharing its contacts folder in version 2002 IIRC. This is 2 versions later and I don't think they put that back in as it was pretty useless.

Russ. Thank you so much. I'll just keep 2 contact lists going. I need the
business card, mail merge options from Outlook and really prefer emailing ease of Windows mail. It would be really nice if Microsoft allowed ONE contact list for ALL the programs if you wanted that simple solution. Again you've been most helpful! I agree. I don't know why they don't provide for that option.
